In April 2026, ROGS, FRCC (community council) and other volunteers took on the Co-op car park in Fortrose. After the refurbishment of the shop and car park, the edges were a little… barren.
So ROGS organised a work party to prepare the ground and, a week later, plant plants and sow seeds. The plants and seeds are predominantly native and wild. The idea is for the plants to look after themselves in future, more or less, with just an autumn haircut to help seeds drop.
